Uploading Files using Apple Macs
Please note: There is a 1GB upload limit and all font folders must be zipped before upload.
Unfortunately, Apple Macs are unable to upload files direct without third party software (referred to as an FTP Client). Therefore you will need to download and install an FTP client.
We can recommend a free FTP client for Apple Macs called CyberDuck. Download information is available from their site http://cyberduck.ch/
The rest of this guide assumes you have installed CyberDuck.
- Launch Cyberduck
- Click on the 'Open Connection' button & fill in the fields using the login information sent to you. If you want the password to be remembered, please check the 'Add To Keychain' checkbox.
- Once connected, the FTP directory will be listed
- Drag & drop files to, or from the directories shown in Cyberduck
- Once the file has been uploaded, please advise Banbury Litho that a new file is available.
